Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems for lead management and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills are required for Canada operations.
• Proficient with common office software and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads for the CRM through calls, emails and social outreach.
• Qualify leads and nurture opportunities to hand off to account managers.
• Enter customer contact information in the CRM as obtained.
• Communicate Alta products and services effectively to prospects.
• Maintain high lead generation activity and strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on existing leads and expand the prospect database.
• Coordinate with regional sales and fellow BDRs to understand territory needs.
• Attend training sessions and learn territory, products and focus areas.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets while upholding Alta's principles.
