Job summary

Grainger Canada is hiring a Field Operations Associate II for a remote role serving customers across designated locations in Canada. You will support inventory management, stock product on customer sites, and ensure accurate labeling and on-hand quantities while meeting KPI targets.

You will travel as required, perform non-route activities such as inventory projects and data collection, and collaborate with sales partners to grow account opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling.
• Comfort with daily use of technology.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple customer locations on a designated route and stock purchased product.
• Ensure proper stocking levels and accurate inventory labeling.
• Resolve customer problems promptly per Grainger policy.
• Perform non-route activities such as machine break/fix and inventory projects.
• Travel as required and support branch responsibilities.
• Drive account growth by identifying additional product needs on site.
• Collaborate with sales partners to improve customer experience.
