Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support branch and on-site customer activities across the KeepStock and Branch functions. You will own the customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading the customer vehicle, while driving sales opportunities and ensuring product availability at customer locations.

You will frequently interact with customers at the branch and on-site, manage inventory, and follow routing software to service accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail/selling or customer service environment.
• HS diploma/GED required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in province of residence.
• Some flexibility required to working hours to accommodate branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading the customer vehicle.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities and drive revenue targets.
• Promote Grainger products and services and provide substitutions when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and tools and complete required certifications.
• Collaborate with KS customers on vending/VMI and update programs.
