Job summary

Shiftlab is seeking a senior sales leader to own enterprise client relationships and close deals. You will sit with sales and marketing, lead product demos for enterprise accounts, and provide a seat-at-the-table view of what HR buyers need.

This is a remote role with preferred locations across North America. You will articulate the value of Shiftlab’s hourly-workforce solutions, align with product on roadmap priorities, and help expand our go-to-market for specialty retail clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, retail operations, or workforce management
• Direct experience with hourly, frontline workforce environments at scale
• Enterprise experience in large organizations
• Knowledge of compliance around hourly workforce management

Responsibilities

• Lead product demos for enterprise prospects and close deals
• Sit with sales and marketing as a credible expert voice
• Translate prospect requirements to internal teams and product roadmap
• Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product direction
• Partner with marketing on positioning and collateral for new verticals
