Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth with high-value projects and ongoing marketing services, partnering with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, conduct consultative discovery, and deliver compelling virtual presentations while navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
