Outlier invites you to join a remote, freelance opportunity to help train AI models by providing English-language feedback on voice, image, and video outputs. You’ll participate in live conversations, rank model outputs, and write concise explanations in English.

Flexible hours let you work when convenient, with screening and onboarding included. Paid at up to USD 18 per hour for core project work, with additional incentive opportunities through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely and replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing observations and rationale.
