Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and requires you to participate in live English conversations with AI voice models, assess naturalness, and provide clear written explanations.

You’ll also compare AI-generated images and videos, spot issues like distorted motion or text errors, and document observations in English. Prior writing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patient at reviewing.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion or text errors.
• Write explicit explanations in English detailing observations.
