Outlier is seeking freelance contributors to help train AI models. You will conduct live English conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and usefulness, and provide clear explanations in English.

Projects are remote with flexible hours. You may also compare AI-generated images and videos, spot problems, and document findings. Training includes an onboarding and a short English check.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Comfortable speaking about realistic scenarios in natural conversations.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations.
