Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions, then write concise explanations in English detailing observations.
