Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by participating in live conversations, comparing AI-generated images and videos, and providing clear, evidence-based explanations. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and requires strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and reliable internet access.

You will rate outputs on naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, then craft concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking responses.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely and identifying issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
