Outlier, an AI evaluation platform, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model. You’ll score exchanges, compare prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Work remotely as a freelancer, with weekly payments and earnings up to $15 per hour plus incentives. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including Canada.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, artifacts, or misalignments and describe issues in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise English explanation of findings.
