Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity paying up to $15 per hour with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Free access to leading LLMs and the ability to work from anywhere, including Canada.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in conversation.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which followed the prompt better.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
