Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing from your schedule, entirely remotely.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with the potential for incentives. Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with flexible hours and 1099 contract terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Comfortable explaining observations in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, weird motions, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Provide written explanations of findings in English highlighting specific observations.
• Rank outputs on adherence, quality, and realism; document the reasoning clearly.
