Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain issues in writing.

Flexible, freelance work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to decide between flawed options while providing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Very detail-oriented and patient when reviewing outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
