Outlier, an AI training platform operated by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-created images and videos, and write explicit explanations of observed issues to help improve model behavior.

Participants review tasks such as image and video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for errors and describe issues in writing.
• Provide evidence-based explanations of judgments.
