Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-crafted images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This work helps improve frontier AI systems by providing precise feedback. Earn up to $15 USD/hr with additional incentives; weekly payments are offered and you can work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/viewing.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with a written English explanation.
