Job summary

Mosaic Forest Management seeks an Operations Administrator to support the Nanaimo office. You will oversee contracts, ensure load production accuracy, manage vendor holdbacks, and coordinate with the operations and finance teams. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative office experience, data entry or contract administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and daily load production accuracy, completeness and associated pay.
• Utilize company applications to manage contracts and oversee their complete execution.
• Handle insurance requests, WSBC, and interactions with external parties.
• Create and maintain Log Inventory Management System (LIMS) contracts and generate invoices using accounting software or templates.
