You will develop sales plans, build relationships with plant executives, provide technical support, and promote Cesco innovations across Vancouver, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Travel 40-60% and must have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the technical sales industry.
• Able to review, edit, interpret, and create detailed sales and service reports.
• Must communicate effectively with technical teams, product teams, and other business groups.
• Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• 10+ years experience in wastewater treatment operations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans within the existing customer base to achieve growth.
• Work with current and prospective customers in Vancouver, Lower Mainland, and Vancouver Island to drive growth.
• Develop relationships with plant and facility executives to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges.
• Conduct system analyses, interpret data, and provide written recommendations.
• Provide training on Cesco products and verify equipment functionality.
• Travel 40–60% to meet with clients and support accounts.
