Qualifications

• Background in a health-related field is advantageous.
• Comfortable handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle a dedicated caseload with SLA targets and turnaround times.
• Respond to emails and calls promptly as part of daily administrative tasks.
• Assess claims based on contractual, medical, and vocational factors.
• Collaborate with plan sponsors, members, treatment providers, and internal partners to drive return-to-work outcomes.
• Draft letters communicating benefit-related information based on analytical reasoning.
• Demonstrate resiliency and empathy when communicating difficult decisions to members.
