Heart & Stroke in Canada seeks a Coordinator, Development Services to support fundraising goals through CRM data management, prospect research, and reporting. You will maintain donor records, ensure data quality, and collaborate with CRM teams across regions in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers pipeline management, donor stewardship events, and intake of work requests, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation between 60,000 and 68,000 CAD.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a major gift environment supporting donor lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of donor data and ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in the donor database and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate CRM onboarding, process training, and develop resources for staff on data standards.
• Support prospect research, reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management to inform fundraising decisions.
• Coordinate donor events and stewardship activities, ensuring timely follow-up and data capture.
• Liaise with CRM and fundraising teams to optimize CRM usage and data quality.
