Job summary

Ratanak International seeks a Donor Care Coordinator for our Burnaby, BC headquarters to manage donor engagement and stewardship. You will oversee donations and donor data, coordinate communications, and support fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the Development and Communications Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, office management or data management.
• Minimum of one year of progressive fundraising, donor stewardship, database management or donor communications experience.
• Ability to work in a faith-based environment and collaborate within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donation administration and donor database improvements.
• Provide donor stewardship activities and generate reports.
• Assist with campaign mailings and fundraising initiatives.
• Support general administrative operations and phone/email handling.
