Job summary

Veem is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to own the inbound and paid lead generation engine end-to-end from Canada. This is a high‑impact, individual contributor role focused on building scalable demand generation programs for fintech clients and translating ICPs into effective campaigns.

You will lead SEO, content strategy, and paid acquisition, optimizing landing pages and conversions while collaborating with sales to improve pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• Google Ads and GA4 experience required.
• 3–5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience building scalable inbound lead programs in B2B fintech.
• Hands-on experience implementing on-page SEO within WordPress using Rank Math.
• Experience managing paid search budgets of $5–10k per month.
• Deep understanding of SEO, paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Owns strategy and execution end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Veem’s inbound and paid lead generation strategy for SMB and mid-market customers.
• Own keyword research, clustering, and on-page SEO, and coordinate with the website manager.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns; scale paid media budgets.
• Improve traffic-to-lead conversion rates and minimize friction in the funnel.
• Monitor performance with GA4 and Search Console; deliver biweekly CEO-ready reports; align with sales for pipeline impact.
