Venn Software Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Growth/Performance Marketing professional to own paid channels and drive scalable customer acquisition. You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta, and work with product, partnerships, and design to accelerate growth in Canada.

The role requires hands-on optimization, rapid experimentation, and a track record of hitting CAC/ROAS targets in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance or growth marketing, preferably in startups.
• Proven ability to manage paid search and social campaigns and hit growth, CAC, ROAS targets.
• Hands-on campaign execution, optimization and scaling experience.
• Strong data analysis, testing and rapid iteration skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, partnerships and design.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage paid campaign strategy to hit acquisition targets and reduce CAC.
• Run growth experiments across channels to uncover scalable paths.
• Own operations and optimization across paid channels, delivering pipeline and ROI goals.
• Test, analyze and optimize campaigns per channel to improve performance.
• Identify and deliver innovation opportunities to maximize channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, design and other teams to align growth initiatives.
• Use data and experimentation to iterate campaigns and share learnings.
• Support go-to-market strategies and execute launches with messaging and channel mix.
