Job summary

Zenni Optical is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics for a remote role overseeing a team of 2 and reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Engineering. You will translate large datasets into clear, actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across Engagement Marketing and other teams.

You will bridge data architecture with marketing initiatives, champion data literacy, and shape the data roadmap while staying current with modern data engineering technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in the data area, with at least 3 years in e-commerce.
• Deep business domain knowledge across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, and Brand Marketing.
• Experience implementing marketing measurement methodologies (Last-Touch, MTA, incrementality testing, MMM, CVR).
• Experience designing data architecture, complex data modeling, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
