Arsenault is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Account Manager) to be the first point of contact for assigned clients. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage critical issues, and ensure a high-quality, timely client experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating calls, providing updates, maintaining relationships, and facilitating smooth escalation when needed. A strong focus on communication and proactive problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Business, Commerce, CS or Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day critical issues and share progress with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate regular conference calls to provide updates and discuss priorities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Observe tickets and escalate key support issues promptly.
