PayShepherd is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in delivering AI-enhanced contractor management solutions across heavy industry and technology sectors. You will own client value realization, drive user adoption, and advocate for customers inside product and leadership.

As a pivotal delivery engine, you’ll work with Relationship Management to accelerate time to value, track NPS, and turn success stories into references while supporting cross-functional collaboration and remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success Management experience in SaaS or related field.
• Experience in heavy industry or technology domains.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute on client value opportunities.
• Own value attribution and document outcomes for the value vault.
• Drive adoption by understanding user needs and showcasing platform value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to deliver outcomes.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows across the customer success motion.
