Job summary

Jagger is seeking a Product Growth Manager to bridge product development and client success. You’ll manage a portfolio of 175+ client accounts, acting as their primary contact and identifying growth opportunities to drive adoption.

Collaborate with the product team to build AI-powered solutions that enhance client outcomes using Codex and Claude Code, and drive retention and expansion across the product suite. Strong communication and entrepreneurial drive are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in startup/consulting/high-ownership role.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions with Codex or Claude Code.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with business owners.

We’re looking for a Product Growth Manager to bridge product development and client success. You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, identify opportunities to drive growth and retention, and build AI-powered solutions that help businesses get more value from the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Manage relationships across a portfolio of 175+ client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
• Meet with clients to understand business goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that improve client outcomes
• Build AI-powered tools, workflows, and solutions using platforms like Codex and Claude Code
• Drive account expansion, retention, and adoption across the company's product suite

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup, consulting, or high-ownership generalist role
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and operate independently
• Hands-on experience building solutions with AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging business owners
• Entrepreneurial, technically curious, and motivated to grow within product and engineering

Nice to have:

• Experience in product growth, account management, or customer success
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, SaaS, or digital advertising
• Experience driving customer retention, expansion, or net revenue retention
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to $5,000 tied to net revenue retention
