Job description

Looking for opportunities to work for a rapidly growing company? We are seeking call center representatives to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for various clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide quality service to customers.

We offer a variety of project openings with schedules that vary by site and program, ensuring options for everyone. This is an entry-level position with paid on-the-job training. Prior contact center experience is not required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and resolving issues
  • Use systems and technology for account management
  • Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills
  • Explain products and processes to customers
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction appropriately
  • Achieve first call resolution through problem-solving
Candidate Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, regular reviews, incentives, paid time off, holidays, and training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, casual dress, and contests with prizes. After 90 days, full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including a MEC medical plan after 30 days.

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role requiring long periods of sitting and using office equipment. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
