In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide quality service to customers.
We offer a variety of project openings with schedules that vary by site and program, ensuring options for everyone. This is an entry-level position with paid on-the-job training. Prior contact center experience is not required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus.
