Job summary

Gatekeeper is seeking an Implementation Consultant to be the trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers. You will translate business processes into Gatekeeper workflows, guide customers from implementation through adoption, and empower them to maximize value from our AI-first platform.

You will work remotely (Ontario-based) and collaborate with a Senior Solutions Engineer to ensure onboarding, usage growth, and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role supporting SaaS implementations.
• Experience guiding customers from implementation through adoption and renewal.
• Comfortable analyzing customer needs, mapping data, and translating processes into Gatekeeper workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to manage a portfolio of customers as their technical point of contact.
• Own the full customer journey from implementation to long-term success and adoption.
• Manage configuration requests, workflow updates, user permissions and data updates.
• Help customers translate business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows.
• Provide first-line technical support and collaborate with the team to resolve issues quickly.
• Build deep relationships to understand business goals, usage requirements and expansion opportunities.
• Champion customer needs and suggest Gatekeeper enhancements.
• Monitor customer health, identify optimisation opportunities from product releases and raise risks.
• Document configurations and interactions for transparency across Gatekeeper teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities and pass them to the Account Director.
• Support renewal by preparing data for strategic business reviews and demonstrating long-term value.
• Stay up-to-date with product releases, best practices, and AI advancements.
