Job summary

Cozey is seeking a Customer Happiness Ambassador to join its fast-growing e-commerce team. You will engage customers across emails, chats, calls and video consultations to deliver outstanding service and grow product knowledge.

As a bilingual English/French communicator, you will resolve issues, follow up after interactions, and help manage special orders with the operations team, while continually seeking process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
• Availabilities from 8AM to 12AM EST, 7 days a week (40h week).
• Priority will be given to candidates available to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience in a contact centre is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via emails, live chats, social media, phone, and video consultations to deliver outstanding service.
• Become a product expert by staying updated on product launches and promotions.
• Resolve orders, checkout, or product assembly concerns promptly.
• Proactively follow up with customers after interactions.
• Collaborate with operations to manage and fulfill special orders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving job requirements.
