Job summary

As the primary contact, you will investigate complaints, resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, and strive to deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information about secure storage, information management, and logistics.
• Serve as a trusted contact for North American clients with empathetic, solution-focused support.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and service disruptions.
• Diagnose issues and follow through to ensure effective resolutions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest personalized service adjustments.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems to maintain up-to-date records.
• Manage competing requests while remaining responsive and accurate.
• Contribute to a positive remote customer service environment.
