Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• 2 years of sales-oriented call centre experience is an asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Maps.
• Clear, professional English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal skills for outstanding service.
• Ability to handle pressure with composure.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify sales opportunities and overcome objections.
• Collect data accurately and politely.
• Follow scripts and handle objections effectively.
• Assist customers with product/service questions and issues.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote offers and new equipment.
• Adhere to prescribed processes and procedures.
• Anticipate customer needs and maintain a positive attitude.
