Cogeco Connexion Inc is seeking a Customer Care professional to deliver best-in-class support to current and prospective oxio customers in a remote Ontario setting. You will handle chats and calls, resolve issues, and promote products to drive growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales/customer service, strong communication, and comfort with Windows and Google Suite. Evening/weekend shifts may apply, with a team-focused, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a sales and customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple channels.
• Proactive approach to customer solutions and upselling where appropriate.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides day-to-day customer service and support to current and prospective customers.
• Offers creative or standard solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
• Troubleshoots with other agents to improve process effectiveness and KPIs.
• Delivers high customer satisfaction and drives subscriber growth and retention.
• Upsells products and services during customer interactions and processes orders.
• Responds to chat inquiries and maintains accurate data input in systems.
