Bellesa Boutique, the leading sexual wellness brand, seeks a CRO & Email Growth Manager to own post-click experiences—from landing pages to checkout—driving revenue and LTV at scale.

You’ll manage the entire email/SMS program, implement lifecycle automations, and work with media buyers to maximize revenue per visitor. Remote-friendly with EST overlap. 5+ years in relevant roles preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRO, email lifecycle marketing, or e-commerce optimization for DTC brands.
• Proven experience managing email programs with 1M+ active subscribers and strong deliverability.
• Senior or lead role in email marketing with P&L ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own on-site conversion, AOV, and revenue per session with profitability impact.
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, PDPs, cart, and post-purchase flows.
• Own end-to-end email and SMS programs: strategy, segmentation, automation, and attribution.
• Build lifecycle automations (welcome, cart abandonment, browse, post-purchase, winback).
• Drive monthly/quarterly email revenue targets and report revenue per recipient.
