Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, seeks Head of Growth—a killer performance media buyer and creative strategist who has already scaled eCommerce brands.

You will own growth engines, primarily Meta ads, build winning creative, test rapidly, and work directly with founders to drive CAC/ROAS improvements while pursuing equity upside and remote-first collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years scaling performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Experience personally scaling campaigns (≥$200k/month).
• Strong mix of creative direction and media buying.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta as primary channel with Google/TikTok as secondary.
• Develop winning angles, hooks, and messaging from data.
• Lead testing pipelines and manage UGC production and briefs.
