Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a CRM Analyst - Reactivations for remote work. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing, alongside strong B2B background. Responsibilities include revenue generation through campaign management, performance analysis, and cross-team project coordination. The company offers healthcare, PTO, and a diverse work environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• 2+ years of B2B experience.
• 2+ years of Email Marketing experience.
• Experience working for US companies is a plus.
• Advanced level of English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
• Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue generating tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide insights into effectiveness.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
• Coordinate across teams by managing projects and timelines.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity while pioneering new initiatives.
