• Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
• Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue generating tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide insights into effectiveness.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
• Coordinate across teams by managing projects and timelines.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity while pioneering new initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what's working and what's not.
• Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
• QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
• Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• 2+ years of B2B experience.
• 2+ years of Email Marketing experience.
• Experience working for US companies (Plus).
• Advanced level of English.
