The role requires 3+ years in Airline, Leisure, or Corporate Travel, native Galileo GDS expertise, and bilingual French/English. Enjoy a flexible, 24/7 operation with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Airline, Leisure or Corporate Travel.
• 3+ years in one of those industries.
• Native GDS expertise Galileo.
• Bilingual French/English required.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail.
• Integrity and protection of traveler data.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry (business or leisure).
• Able to resolve issues quickly, independently or with suppliers.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange domestic and international business travel of varying complexity (air, rail, accommodations).
• Use Galileo GDS and other GDS systems.
• Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.
