Job summary

We are seeking a Co-op, Development Operations AI & Automation Enablement in Mississauga to support AI-driven digital transformation across Development Operations. You will work on data analytics, AI solution development, and automation initiatives with stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities and deliver AI-powered tools and reporting.

The role blends data analytics, AI tooling, and process improvement, offering hands-on experience with AI tech, reporting platforms, and governance

Qualifications

Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience using and building AI tools and technologies, including Generative AI applications.
Knowledge of data management fundamentals and FAIR data principles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Experience with project management and balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered tools and solutions that improve efficiency and user experience across Development Operations.
Apply Generative AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital tools to automate workflows and business processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights.
Support the development of frameworks to improve data driven decision-making.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI adoption.
Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs)
Perform data analysis, data quality assessments, and governance activities to improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
Develop business process maps, user guides, training materials, presentations, and documentation for new solutions.
Support company goals related to operational excellence, digital transformation, and future-of-work programs.
Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging AI technologies and recommend potential business applications.
Support change management, communications, and training activities related to the adoption of AI-enabled tools and solutions.
