Qualifications

• Strong communication, project management and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define customer requirements, workflow and process analysis for EHR implementations.
• Lead or support clinical/business workflow redesign and configure EHR outcomes.
• Champion evidence-based practices and outcome measurement.
• Develop training plans and materials for EHR users; apply adult education principles.
• Drive change management and adoption of new EHR processes and standards.
