Job summary

Ontario Health in Toronto is seeking a senior Business Analyst to help shape electronic health projects and clinical software initiatives. You will define health system requirements, map data workflows, and collaborate with hospitals, pharmacy services, and health records teams.

Top candidates have 5–7 years BA experience in healthcare, strong knowledge of healthcare information systems, and experience with public sector projects. This role offers hybrid work with up to 3 days on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years business analyst experience in electronic health projects.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience with health system requirements definition and implementation.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience with Healthcare Information Systems and data workflows.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience with medication, pharmacy workflows and/or associated business processes within hospitals, patient admissions and health records.
