Offres d’emploi Crawford - Mondiales is seeking a ClaimsAlert Agent to join our fully remote, full-time team in Canada. You will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, collect claim details, and provide immediate reassurance during stressful moments.

The role supports customers 24/7 with most hours in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will document information, route claims to the appropriate insurer, and maintain clear English communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide empathetic support.
• Ability to read and prepare documents in English on a frequent basis.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document claim details from customers.
• Provide immediate support and reassurance during the claims process.
• Ensure claims are accurately routed to the appropriate insurance provider.
