You will work with leaders and stakeholders to manage impact, risks, and alignment, applying change management and project practices.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Advanced collaboration and teamwork capabilities across functions and levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Analyze the scope and impact of organizational changes across people, processes, technology, finances, risks, and other areas.
• Break down complex business problems, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Advise areas on change implementation, assessing complexity and impact to align with strategic objectives.
• Develop change solutions and recommendations based on strategy, stakeholder needs, and priorities.
• Create communication plans with audience analysis, messaging, channels, timing, and ownership.
