Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in customer care
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Complete a 2-week training program Sep 28–Oct 09
• Reliable private workspace and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Help, support and care for customers through quality conversations
• Assist with orders, reorders, product questions and guidance
• Ensure every customer feels valued and supported
• Build relationships based on trust and reliability
• Recommend products that serve customer interests
• Practice active listening and diffuse tension
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities
