Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years previous experience including managing large remote camps.
• 3 years experience in managerial role.
• Fluent and literate in English with reading and writing competency.
• Post-Secondary Hospitality Management training is an asset.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and electronic mail; housing software systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site facility operations including camp mobilization and demobilization; ensure safety and sanitation.
• Manage kitchen operations with HACCP and food safety standards; control budgets and inventory.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Maintain client relations, staff performance, and scheduling to meet contractual commitments.
• Monitor KPIs, reports, and P&L for camp operations; coordinate with management.
