Torch Industries is seeking experienced Bakers/Breakfast Cooks for remote camp facilities in Northern BC and Alberta. You will bake from scratch, lead the night shift, and ensure safety and quality food service in a remote environment.

The role offers on-site or remote camp settings with wages from 23 to 26 CAD per hour. Candidates should have journeyman certification, a high school diploma, and strong English literacy to thrive in a demanding camp kitchen.

Competenze

• Journeyman Certification or equivalent designation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of remote camp experience in an equivalent role.
• Ability to operate all industrial kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, mixers, etc).
• Literate in English with reading and writing competency.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene and uniform cleanliness.
• Commitment to safety practices and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to wear required uniform and PPE (kitchen shirt and pants, slip resistant footwear, hair net/headwear).
