Job summary

Connex Telecommunications Inc. is seeking a Billing and Sales Representative to support Internet, Digital Phone and Cable TV subscribers. You will handle inbound calls to resolve billing issues and seek opportunities to upgrade or bundle services.

The role offers work-from-home with in-office options, rotating shifts 8:00 am to 9:30 pm EST. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal phone etiquette.
• Comfortable with Windows and typing.
• Ability to receive ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Results oriented and motivated to perform.
• Availability to work 8am–9:30pm Mon-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving on inbound calls.
• Assist with billing calls - resolve billing issues and clarify charges.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell on calls.
• Work from home (in-office available).
• Show empathy and active listening in a non-scripted environment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain accuracy.
• Manage high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to change and multitask across Windows apps.
• Achieve performance goals for call time, accuracy, quality and satisfaction.
