Job summary

NQX is seeking a remote, full-time Medical Customer Service Specialist in Québec to handle bilingual calls and schedule technician visits. You will support customers upgrading to smart meters, managing follow-ups, and addressing service issues with empathy.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service, ability to work 20–40 hours weekly including weekends, and a quiet home workspace with at least 25 Mbps Internet. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English to interact with Québec customers.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Able to work 5 days with 20–40 hours per week including some weekends.
• Home-based with a quiet workspace and high-speed internet (25 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
• Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.
• Manage complaints and claims regarding service delivery professionally.
