Holman is hiring a bilingual Automotive Service Advisor for its remote call center in Canada. The role leverages hands-on automotive/mechanic experience and bilingual English/French to support customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.
• Bilingual (English/French) required.
• 5+ years in a contact center setting (Asset).
• Post- Secondary Education (College diploma, Certificate or Apprenticeship) (Asset).
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). (Asset).
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world automotive mechanical experience.
• Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands-on experience.
• Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document savings realized.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
• Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support grounded in real-world mechanical experience.
• Contribute positively to team morale and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused.
