Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience (Technician, Service Advisor, Damage Appraiser, or related).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and partners regarding vehicle diagnostics.
• Investigate and resolve arbitration claims with fair resolutions.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports.
